Immediately before arrival? A...long-lasting conflict had just been resolved. As peacefully as it could have been.

Many of the people I have spoken to have similar stories; our arrivals seem to be timely in one way or another.

I understand. We don't know anyone here, and many of us came from circumstances personal enough that it would be madness to even discuss it with people back home, much less with relative strangers here.
